Specification

Chip handling facility for centrifuge coolant from metal chip. The facility consists container tipper into which overtuns the containers so the metal chip land into the chip conveyor/tank. Here most of the coolant flow directly into a tank and are pumped on to a tank that also takes care of the oil after chip centrifuge. The chip conveyor further feeds the chips to the chip centrifuge, which separates the cutting oil from the chips and then discharges the chips into a container and the cutting fluid flows into a tank. Chips that have not been centrifuged are returned and re-fed to the chip centrifuge. The cutting oil can then be send to a filter (filter not included) and then be reused. THIS PLANT IS SUITABLE FOR SHORT CHIPS, NOT LONG.
